The
Upper School's chapel service on Thursday began MA's Alumni
Reunion Weekend. Titled "Giving Back", the service
featured participation from faculty and current students.
The Chamber Singers and Jazz Band also performed. Alumni
Association President Chad Decker '92 introduced the chapel's
featured speaker, Ted Rosenberger '84, recipient of the annual
Distinguished Alumni Award. Mr. Rosenberger urged students to take
the time to recognize and thank the people who have a significant
impact on their lives. He also talked about how MA's teachers
helped to cultivate his interest in computer science, which
eventually became his major in college and graduate school, as
well as the focus of his career. Mr. Rosenberger, CEO of
HouseLogix, Inc, will formally receive his award during the Alumni
Lovefeast at Central Moravian Church on October 3.
